Frye Campus boots sizing question

AlistairSim · 24/11/2008 14:00

Does anybody know what the sizing is like for these?
Do they come up big or small?

I thank you.

I tried some on at TK Maxx last week but they seemed quite narrow to me.

Fimbo · 24/11/2008 14:44

It's hard to say. I have the English 6.5 which I bought in T K Maxx and i am normally a size 6 in a shoe, I guess they are slightly big for me but because they are a boot I would normally go for a 7 anyway to be able to put an extra sock on.

Go to House of Fraser they sell them and try them on.

anyfucker · 24/11/2008 15:07

seem small to me

AlistairSim · 14/01/2009 14:23

Oh god, I forgot I posted this question. I am so sorry I didn't come back and thank you all.

times 10.

I know it's a bit cheeky after not even acknowledging your replies before, but are the Campus boots knee-length?

again.

Mine sit slightly above the calf

Fimbo · 14/01/2009 14:25

T K Maxx had some again the other week....

AlistairSim · 14/01/2009 14:53

Thanks Fimbo.

Bugger though, I really want something knee-high.

Any ideas?

Please!

I've had my campus boots for 2 years now and they are still going strong, excellent value for money and really smart. Can wear them under jeans or with a skirt or wrap dress and they look funky.

I'm generally a 6 and bought a 6 and they are fine. Little bit tighter with thick socks on but they soon expand with body heat. They come to about 4 inches below my knee.

HolyGuacamole · 14/01/2009 16:07

Sorry, I meant Camper Did you mean Camper?

Fimbo · 14/01/2009 16:12

No, they are Frye Campus like this

AlistairSim · 14/01/2009 16:13

I was all set to get some Frye Campus but they don't seem to be knee-length and I must have them up to the knee!

So, Camper?
What are they like?

HolyGuacamole · 14/01/2009 16:14

What about these? chunky enough?

HolyGuacamole · 14/01/2009 16:21

Bugger, the link doesn't work properly. They are called 1910.

AlistairSim · 14/01/2009 16:48

I could go a bit chunkier, also would prefer pull-ups rather than zipped....not that I'm fussy or owt...
