I am 37, I've worn SPF15, sometimes higher, every day since I was 21. And guess what age I look?

I'd say I look 37. I mean not in a bad way, I'm well-groomed, I like clothes when I can afford them, only highstreet mind you, wear a little make-up even during day, I like to get my hair done.

It just struck me the other day that I should look a bit younger, what with my having slathered myself with spf15, and sometimes higher spf, I should look a bit younger.

I will keep doing it though.

Sunscreen is a factor in anti-aging but mostly it's genetics IMO. If your parents look young for their age then you probably will too. If your parents look old for their age you're doing well to look the age you are.

Just think about what age you'd look now if you hadnt spf'ed.
