Littlewoods do maternity dresses I think hold on...

I've got a lovely Isabella Oliver wrap dress that I wore to a wedding when I was 6 1/2 months pg - v comfy and easy to accessorise. It's like this and fits as a size 12. I was going to e-bay it when I got around to it. Let me know if you're interested

What about H&M, they have some nice maternity stuff, or even New Look

WilfSell · 21/11/2008 15:47

There's a place that hires them - can't remember what`theyr'e called but fairly sure it is Bumps and something...

mrsgboring · 21/11/2008 15:52

Honestly, I've always just been to the charity shop and picked a larger than normal sized dress. Being big on top is an advantage for this as it ensures you will get enough coverage over bump. (You may need to cut the lining a bit but if it's only cost you four quid you wouldn't care)

brookeslay · 21/11/2008 17:22

I like the pencil skirt @ new look. Where we live the charity shops are rather granny style so I wouldn`t find anything in there.

did you know the link was to a weaning site Iwishiwasmoreorganised...

I want something quite dressy. Also i`m normally 8/10 but some maternity is either huge or too small..go figure !

These are quite nice
sequin tunic dress
sequin dress
chiffon bow christmas dress

brookeslay · 21/11/2008 19:22

thanks for those. How about shoes i saw some gold ones from matalan that look nice. All my black heels are very high ! Or would that look tacky they are quite dull gold.

Gold shoes are great for a party look, I'm not sure which one's you mean but they have a gold glittery bow t-bar here and gold and black satin peep toe which isn't on website but in the mini catalogue which would look good with most black party dresses, but I'd say as you are pregnant, go for what you feel comfortable in.

brookeslay · 22/11/2008 12:01

Those are the ones but i might have to try them i guess or sneak in some flatties ... I think the pregant models they use must be tall as they seem willowly and i`m more dumpling.

Also i think I need a wrap aswell. My winter coat I bought last year doesn`t do up so need something to stop me getting chilly
