what's good to get rid of red spot blemishes

you know when you've had a spot and it stays red for months.

is there something to make them disappear?

Vitimin E capsules, are very good at encoraging scars to fade, slpit the capsule and rub the oil on the blemish.

Body Shop do something in their Tea Tree Oil range which helps the disappearance of these red marks. HTH
