Can you dress up this cobalt blue top for me?

Should I go for gold or silver, long or short necklace, or anytrhing else?

I probably wouldn't go for a neckace as it's detailed at the top and I'd probably rather it took the attention

Again I'm going to plump for the cuff option and perhaps a nice oversized clutch?

I woouls prob just wear some velvet ribbon as a choker

Jewellery wise go for silver, as it will really bring out the colour of the top.

A silver choker style necklace would look great, or as the back of the top is so low, a lariat wrapped around your neck with the ends draped down the back. Make sure the majority of the lariat is silver though.

A simple bangle style bracelet for your wrist, and simple silver earrings too.
