Covering tatoo's

I'm really stressing about this. I'm wanting to wear a dress of some kind for an upcoming "Posh" do but all of them are sleeveless. Wouldn't be a problem if I hadn't gone and got myself tattooed at the age of 17 on each shoulder I can't have them showing, they look awful. How can I wear a dress and not have them showing? any ideas?

People will recommend cover up makeup but I don't rate it.

Bolero is the answer I think.

what's bolero?

unless you spend an absolute fortune n professional cover up make up you just wont do it.

afraid a shrug will be the easiest option

Get a bolero jacket or shrug?

Something like one of these or possibly this?

Loads in the shops at the mo.

My SIL wore a gorgeous red and cream dress to our wedding with a fab red bolero thing and everyone spent the day telling her how nice her cardi was haha!
