I am about to say goodbye to my 30s . I am currently at weightwatchers and have lost 16 pounds but still feel a fat frump. Several comments have made me feel worse recently. Also the thread with people saying they had stopped buying things, that is me. I feel I need to start again so I am going to start at the begining with my underwear drawer so tell me your secrets. . Mine are a mishmash of grey saggy and baggy. So what is in in undies and how much should I buy and where from (none of these shops that stop at 38B or whatever please or need a limb as payment). Fine for socks though I have found 15 new pairs in a bag

I buy all my undies on ebay- M&S sets- much cheaper way to look nicer in the mirror. They do limited sizes but worth a look. Boy shorts are nice but a bit rubbish for VPL. I don't think you can beat french knickers for feeling sexy. Oh and if you can, buy two sets of knickers for each bra.

Bras... M&S or Bravissimo (sale prices only for me I'm afraid) I'm a 34DD so I need pretty substantial bras. If knickers are available to match, I buy 2 or 3 pairs to each bra. Otherwise I buy BHS high legs in cotton... black or white.

I also have a flesh coloured M&S all in one tight lycra thingy to give me a lovely smooth outline if I'm wearing clingy dresses. It's got adjustable straps so can go halterneck, one strap only, cross straps etc.

I have three debenhams slips for under thin skirts, so knickers don't show. One white, one black and one flesh coloured.

Is the sort of thing you wanted to know?
