I was trying to work out whether the pattern on the top was hearts or not - I think it's actually a flower, isn't it? But maybe this anyway?
Debenhams has a good selection of bangle/cuffs - too many to choose from, I think!

It's finding a half size that's the problem - only one I've found so far is these which are quite plain, but not bad at all.

T-bar (though pewter rather than silver).
Again quite pointy, but nice.
