Just had my top lip hair threaded. I've now got a rash Help![blush]

I had my eyebrows and top lip hair taken off by threading. The eyebrows are okay as I've plucked my eyebrows since I was about 14. But my top lip has developed a rash and dry skin. I'm going out tonight for a Birthday meal. How am I going to calm it down and solve it? Must go now to do chores. But will be grateful for a solution befor the day is out

elizabeth arden 8 hour cream - I use it after waxing and it really brings the redness down. Used to have electrolysis and used it on that also.
