Guerlain Midnight Secret

What exactly does it do ? Is is worth the, frankly, extortionate price ?

TIA

I had some similar Guerlain stuff - blue jar, cannot remember the name, a freebie - and it was, I am afraid to say, utterly fabulous and my skin glowed.

Arrrrgh ! Wrong answer

So I need to buy a jar then ?

Hmmmm

I don't think mine was Midnight Secret, it was something Orchide.

But I do know that I started off as the sort of dame who was utterly, utterly sceptical about posho skincare and two glowing weeks later was an utter convert.

Am still living off the freebies from last job, in fact.

I must be too far gone! I have it and never notice a difference! Mind you maybe I would look even worse if I didn't use it.

Tillyscoutsmum · 14/11/2008 19:25

Buda - don't tell me that... I am not £55 worse off but have a lovely little blue bottle sitting on my dressing table....

DP said he's expecting to wake up next to Angelina Jolie for that much

So - do I put in on every night ? Or just sometimes ? Is it instead of night cream or as well as ? I get married 2 weeks tomorrow and want to look as "radiant" as possible

Apparently is works by making cells work overtime, so not recommended that you use it more the 2/3 a week. good luck with the wedding.

The leaflet inside just says if you have a late/disturbed/restless night's sleep, put it on before going to bed (not sure how you would know in advance its going to be disturbed/restless ? )

The lady at the counter again just said if you're having a late night...

I think she mistook me for someone who has a social life

Will probably not go too mad with it. My skin will wonder what the hell is happening (I'm usually a wet flannel and a splodge of Aldi moisturiser kind of girl )

Sorry, wats, left computer ; I was working on a women's mag and my lovely colleagues on the beauty desk slipped me some, partly as an experiment to see how quickly they could win me over from my organic-low-tech principles!

(It took two days.)
