She won't consider a duffle coat. She quite likes Boden's spotty anoraks but I don't think they're warm enough (we've just got one today). She doesn't like the ski-jacket. [sigh]

So we're looking for warm, fairly waterproof and bright colours. Tried Next, Boden, La Redoute, Debenhams.

John Lewis?

H&M often good too.

I bought a lovely fur lined parka from Jigsaw Junior and it is gorgeous! It is navy and machine washable, which is handy. Was £50 though.

DD loves it because it is quite trendy.

I am dreading the day when my feisty DD2 realises that there are clothes available other than those I put her in...

Joules? Warmer version of spotty Boden -

Oh and Gap, of course, but no UK online as far as I know. www.gap.com/browse/category.do?cid=6298

Bennetton is also great for colours but again no online?
