Going to a murder mystery next month set in 1967, My character is famous for being famous and is a socialite -Tamara Fara-Bucktooh. The brief is for formal sophisticated ball gown, full make up, etc. Who was like that in 1967 from whom I can get an idea as to what Im after. What to know what Im after before I hit the charity shops - I dont want to spend a lot of cash. so who were the socialites of the day?
