IF you could only ever shop in the *one* shop again, which would it be?

I know it's boring but I think I would say Oasis. They're not the cheapest so I'd have to buy fewer things, cos I usually buy lots of crap in prima. {blush]

Even though I like loads of other shops too. H&M and Principles and Wallis and Warehouse and Primark.

Harrods and Selfridges, infact I could quite happily live there

MaryAnnSingleton · 11/11/2008 09:55

The Hambledon in Winchester, but I'd have to have a lot of money.......

CountessDracula · 11/11/2008 10:00

I would have said selfridges but it has gone all footballers' wives now

twinsetandpearls · 11/11/2008 17:35

I love our Hambledon Gallery in Blandford as well, but would need to be thinner and richer

MmeLindt · 11/11/2008 17:38

Manor Swiss dept store.

Even if they do take an aaaaaaage to wrap the ham

Our John Lewis stocks Fat Face, Warehouse, White Stuff, Great Plains, Esprit, French Connection. There is a Frumpy section and a modern younger section.

I think I'd actually have to say M&S if it were one shop forever and department stores were off limits (definitely Selfridges if not). THen I could wear Autograph and Limited Collection now and progress to the elasticated waisted trousers in 40 years or so. But never Per una!!

janeite · 11/11/2008 19:52

If it had to be one shop, rather than a department store, I'd probably go for Gap, as they always have something in there that I like and that fits me. However, I'd have to hope that my existing "quirkier" pieces from more "alternative" places last forever, as Gap is rather too samey to shop only there. I want half the store at the moment though, so those pieces could last me a while!

Has to be John Lewis. Clothes, shoes, undies, and craft stuff/fabric so I could still make my own clothes.
