Boots again - Flat boots... help me shop!

I have £50-£70 I am considerin spending on boots.

I like the army type ones, but can't be arsed with laces

I want flat, waterproof... erm, I dunno any more than that no idea on height up me leg, just show me links and I will Judge

More cowboy than army and only ankle height, but I have these and love them! So comfy and the wedge heel looks so much better than completely flat ones, which is what I usually end up with.

Any chance anyone with a pair of DMs (or everyone with DMs) can measure them please?? Mine are about 11 n a bit inches - not sure what size they are!! I'm guessing a 7, but want to check
