Eyelift

I really need to go ahead with this now as my lids are sooo droooopy and heavy. Has anyone had an eyelift and if so was it a success?

I did about 10yrs ago and I can honestly say it was the best money ever spent.

Am considering having it re-done in the next 5yrs.

I had it done under sedation and no pain.

I would recommend it to anyone!

Oh whoosh, so brave of you to have done under sedation, , I am terrified. Did you really feel nothing???? I'm glad you were so pleased with it, but I did think once you havd an eyelift it was sort of permanent but you say you may have it done again in 5 years?? I am older than you (52), did it make you look younger too?

I never thought I would be brave enough to just hav esedation but honestly it was a breeze.I had upper and lower done as I had genetically inherited "hooded" lids.
I had my hair cut just after and all everyone said to me was " you look fantastic-love the new hair".The improvement was fantastic and it is pretty permanent but I did have mine done when I was 30 so gravity is taking it's toll
The only painful part was having the stitches out.

Ouch - the stitches, forgot about that bit. Was your surgeon recommended to you? I imagine that is obviously a consideration

He was actually-a (male) friend of mine had a full facelift under sedation!

It was a clinic I personally wouldn't have approached (they advertised a lot) but the surgeon himself did a great job.

Wow, I live in herts, where is your surgeon? He sounds amazing, I should check him out
