Back to the sea, back to the sea! fish out of water will tend to dry up!!

Yes indeed, dry and positively rough in places and no amount of creaming makes any difference.
But then I too am a misplaced sea creature.

Maybe try drinking water instead of tea or alcohol on occasion.

drink loads loads loads of water, open windows in your house or put pots of water on the radiators, L'oreal Body cream stuff for v dry skin is excellent

exfoliate with a good body scrub, personally i really like the sugar scrub from Tesco's own Spa range (only about £4 a pot too and lasts for ages). It's gritty and rubs off your scales, it has oil in it too which moisturises. Put a squirt of baby oil in your bath too, or rub it over your body when your skin is still wet after a shower. works wonders

emmatmg · 11/03/2005 13:30

well, as I asked so something similar about this on your horned hoof club thingy i'm not gonna answer.

No-one answered me.......i'm ignoring you all!!!

nailpolish · 11/03/2005 13:31

if you do put baby oil in the bath - remember not to put your head under the water!!!

NomDePlume · 11/03/2005 13:32

Oh yes ! I never wash my hair in the bath so I didn't think to mention it.

Sponge · 11/03/2005 13:34

aqueous cream works wonders on my cracked hands.

posyhairdresser · 11/03/2005 14:11

Do you change colour against different wall paper?

Try cod liver oil, Coddo

vicdubya · 21/03/2005 21:31

Yes.

Try Scholl pumice foot scrub on eg hands.

And Lanisoh on scaly patches seems to be working for me.
