Why do they only seem to do ugg style boots in girl sections?? You get men's uggs too no?

Before I just buy a pair of "girl" ones for the dude (he has Flamechick ugg envy), I just want to check that there is actually no difference between the bloody things!! I don't want him being a laughed at toddler
