I need possibly 2 evening dresses

One short, one long, possibly the same colour

With nice thick shoulder straps so I can wear n industrial bra

& swirly skirt so I can dance in it

Oh & did I mention I need it/them to be really cheap

Or even a short dress and a long skirt I could slip over it

Thanks - if you can/will help

How cheap is really cheap?

What size, figure do we need to consider?

IllegallyBrunette · 28/10/2008 21:43

Matalan had an ad in a magazine I was reading, featuring lodas of different types of dresses. There were some really lovely ones.

gigglewitch · 28/10/2008 21:44

blithedance · 28/10/2008 21:45

this? Only mention it because I bought a coat from BHS the other day, had forgotten they are good value actually.

What shape are you?

KatyMac · 28/10/2008 21:46

Green, blue, red, purple

Not pastels, not patterns

OP posts:
twinsetandpearls · 28/10/2008 21:46

gish blithe that is cheap

twinsetandpearls · 28/10/2008 21:47

£30 from marks

KatyMac · 28/10/2008 21:48

Marks one is too dark

Debenhams one is lovely but I think the roses on top of my boobs is a little hopeful

OP posts:
twinsetandpearls · 28/10/2008 21:48

£45 also marks and red

twinsetandpearls · 28/10/2008 21:49

purple £49.50

KatyMac · 28/10/2008 21:50

OK - I am going to have to come clean

There maybe giggles but I can cope

I am in a Ballroom & latin competition

So the dresses need to be a bit more OTT

The red marks is lovely but when I lift my arms it won't work

twinsetandpearls · 28/10/2008 21:51
