if she's got naturally long & dark lashes, why does she need mascara???
Too young IMO for makeup

I think 11's too young - it might be like the 'gateway drug' theory; she'll start on clear mascara, this will lead to a bit of blusher and before you know it she'll have a crippling foundation habit!

Anna888 are you serious?

RottenOtter · 24/10/2008 21:35

DD is 14 and does not wear it

If she goes to a friends house and dallies in the stuff then for at least a week there is dark evidence

AWFUL

I thinkj it's ok. dd1 had some mascara at 11. Every so often she has a make-up session. Doesn't bother me.

SlasherGoober · 24/10/2008 21:45

My DD, 12 wears a clear Boots 17 mascara.
Avon also do one.
