Spanx, holdy in knickers, control top tights, full body armour....

what's a pear shaped girl to do??

is it worth shelling out for spanx.. so many different ones..

some of the knickers i have tried just make all the fat jelly bulge out over the top of the waisband, so if you are wearing something clingy, it looks awful

any tips, recommendations and advice please?

I started a similar thread a few months back. Anyhow bought the matalan ones which are great but do roll down a bit.
Although I think they only really began rolling down after a couple of machine washes. Maybe best washing them by hand.

I have bought the spanx ones but haven't tried them on yet. Bought the spanx ones as thought it would be great only having to get them over my backside once a day. You have to take them down to pee (the matalan ones) and it does get annoying after a while.

They are a size c ,nude colour and the cycling shorts type and I bought them but don't like the feeling as though im wearing clothing under clothing iykwim...

spanx are too much. i have sloggi control which are pretty good, cotton finish too so not so snappy.

lm,they are power panties as shown here. Yes, the are up to your waist.

They were bought from Debenhams for £21 and I tried them on and got no further.....

They weren't to small LM...they fitted and I was impressed with the results BUT I couldn't get on with the feeling iykwim...

Some people wear tights and trousers BUT I so hate the feeling..Im bizarre and hate feeling restricted .
I felt like I was wearing to much clothing..! lol

NBhebbieGeebies, is that like a control vest? I remember Cod did a link last year to control vests but it was a US site. I don't think I could bear the pants but I would like a long vest to hold it all in.

Yeah, it has the nork support bit in too, then a firm part which goes over your stomach.

I wear mine most days now.
