Perfume...

which is your favourite???

sister wants different perfume for her birthday..not sure what to buy her....she usually uses one called 'red door'..or something like that.

Any suggestions before i hit the shops tomorrow??

Random strangers often tell me I smell nice(preen emoticon) and I wear Clinique Aromatics everyday. It is quite strong and a proper perfumy smell, IYSWIM, not florally or green, more of an evening/wintery scent. A bit like Paloma Picasso, or the Chanel Coco one. Has a lovely clean feel to it.

Honestly, its lovely and people are always asking me what perfume I'm wearing in an admiring sort of way.

Dyptique Baise (for grown up) and that ginger origins stuff that sycamore tree also uses (for everyday casual)
they do a thick body cream which layered with the perfume makes me feel amazing and i get loads of compliments

Dh got a fab new scent for me recently, harvey nichols own one. it is divine, and he got it free!

My fav? Tie between Chanel Chance and Clarins Par Amour.

I also like Maitresse and Chanel No. 5.

I can't be doing with sickly or sweet florals, Angel absolutely turns my stomach (on me, like it on others) so mine are -

If she likes Red Door, then she will also like Dior Poison (the original one), YSL Yvresse, Givenchy's Amarige, and quite possibly YSL's Paris (if she likes roses). She will also probably like the new Estee Lauder one (think it's called Sensuous) which is quite heavenly.

Oooh oooh, she will also probably like Dior's J'Adore.

coco...fingers crossed she likes it! its no 2 or 3 on the boots top 5.

Think i might be putting Diamonds one on my santa list for myself ;)

Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel is my absolute fave. Lovely.

Also wear Daisy by Marc Jacobs(always get loads of compliments when i wear it),Insolence by Guerlain and i like Armani Code(good for nightime)
