Sports bra's - how often do you update yours??

had mine for 5 months, use it prob 3-4 times a week.

it's ont of those shock absorber vest things.

I only realised the other day that what I thought was a sports bra was actually an old maternity bra (dd is 4)

I went out and bought 3 as I aim to be in the gym 2x a week and so I can keep on top of the extra washing

I'm sure I read somewhere they lose there bounce protection after 6 months or something ridiculous.

well yesterday/today after watching my norks being v v bouncy I did wonder

I only have the one so it's in the wash straight after the gym for the next day.

Advise from my bra fitter - normal bra, every 6 months. Maybe sports bra should be the same? Because a lot can happen in that time...lose elasticity, or decrease of actual size if go to gym or increase if don't go to gym
