I know I have hte code but can't findthe site! argh!

I received my boots today and they are really nice but they sent the wrong size!! Size 8 box but size 7 boots inside so have to send them back.

does the code work for kids shoes as well as adults?

The site only sells adult shoes as they say that you have to get the kids shoes fitted by one of their staff.

Why can I not get this to work? It just comes up with the ordinary clarks site when I try, and there is no option to order anything. help!
