lolol - everyone would keep helpfully pointing out you'd got your cardi done up wrong.

Tommy · 11/10/2008 23:14

too "cool" for me too unless is was designed on 1st April or it's a bluff by the shop who will laugh at anyone who buys it

SheSellsSeashellsByTheSeashore · 11/10/2008 23:18

She's done it up wrong. Silly model

NappiesLaGore · 11/10/2008 23:21

was expecting something really cool and to roll my eyes at you... but youre right; its shiteola.

geraldinetheluckygoat · 11/10/2008 23:24

LOL it doesn't even look cool, just rubbish. But I am definitely uncool, to be fair...

LetThemEatCake · 11/10/2008 23:29

I am pretty cool and even I think it looks shite

geraldinetheluckygoat · 11/10/2008 23:36

Might get one, maybe it will MAKE me cool...it will be the envy of all the other mums on the school run..

jasper · 11/10/2008 23:42

Good golly I achieve that look sometimes but not on purpose.

HIDEOUS!

samsonara · 11/10/2008 23:43

Even after looking at it a few times it still makes no sense to me fashion or otherwise..its just wrong..wrong..and def too cool for skool! Maybe my eyes are just too tired, I'll check it again in the morning to see if its grown on me..

The done-up-by-a-three-year-old look is absolutely very autumn 2008. In the same range see black silk shirt with over shoulder baby sick and cream pencil skirt with jam hand print. Playground chic.

princesspeahead · 11/10/2008 23:44

that is the shite-est garment I have ever seen

christ

uberalice · 11/10/2008 23:55

LOL. I was amused by the unfortunate mis-spelling of Asymmetric too. How very apt.

Mumi · 12/10/2008 00:06

Why pay 56 quid when I can already do up my cardie wrong for free?

BananaFruitBat · 12/10/2008 00:13

Assymetric

samsonara · 12/10/2008 12:15

No its not looking any better in the morning!

OP posts:
differentWitch · 12/10/2008 12:50

it looks like it's been badly washed. How would you go about proving it was faulty if something happened in the wash?

kt14 · 12/10/2008 14:56

horrid. it offends my eyes.

elkiedee · 12/10/2008 19:09

Ugh, it would bug the hell out of me! It also doesn't do even the model any favours, imagine how it would look on those of us who are slightly curvier than her.

BoysAreLikeZombies · 12/10/2008 19:11

It's in the sale

Really ? Wonder why.

hecAteTheirBrains · 12/10/2008 19:16

It's a bit silly.

But then most things linked to on here are - and most of them are swooned over and called fabulous.

Er. No. The print pattern of your grans old curtains put onto a piece of wetlook leathereffect material and made into a knee length dress with batwing sleeves and a plunging lacetrimmed neckline is in no way fabulous.

How on earth sane people are being brainwashed into buying terrible clothing because someone claims it's stylish is beyond me.

I wish I had such powers of persuasion, I wouldn't be convincing people to go out looking like a dogs dinner, I'd be getting 30% of their wages DD'd into my bank account every month!!!

samsonara · 12/10/2008 20:52

Whatever you think is terrile may be someone elses idea of fab, and the whole pint of putting things on the style and beauty thread is to give us who are not brainwashed a smile or laugh or even some ecouragement or inspiration etc, or even point out soemthing we are looking for, well clearly its not for hecIatemysenseofhumourorperpective.

OP posts:
hecAteTheirBrains · 12/10/2008 20:55

bite me

samsonara · 12/10/2008 20:57

sorry about the spelling errors :terrible, point, encouragement, something...[ I must check message preview..x100 grin]

OP posts:
samsonara · 12/10/2008 21:03

Big ,...oh sorry I thought you said 'buy me'

OP posts:
hecAteTheirBrains · 12/10/2008 21:09
