Uniqlo - online ordering

I don't do this very often, but I have just ordered some clothes from Uniqlo online and wanted to say they were fabulous. Clothes came after 3 days, didn't need to sign for them so no need to be in. I returned 2 items and just had an email to acknowledge return and let me know I can expect my refund. I am so impressed with their efficiency and speed, and for those who have not discovered it yet the clothes (mainly basics) are very good quality and hardwearing. DH bought 2 shirts in there that are still going strong 6 years later!!!!! And I think their jeans are the best fit on the high street. Cannot recommend them enough. (Don't work there honestly!)

Oh I heart Uniqlo. I bought a 3/4 length sleeve cardigan there in the summer and its fab. You have to keep an eye on things if you particularly like that as they always do discounts. My cardigan I bought in the London store with £10 off but I was too slow on line and they went back up to full price again (was going to be more in different colours). I also have black patent flip flops from there which I wore to death in the summer.

I love Uniqlo, too. The cotton long-sleeved T-shirts are fabulous quality for the price, just as good as Gap or whatever, and the jeans are brilliant. Never shopped online but I may well try it.

Thanks for that info. I need some new long sleeved t-shirts for layering.

another vote for uniqlo here. Only had one issue over multiple deliveries and was responded to within the hour. Good quality stuff too - I have top still going strong over 8 years old from them and is worn at least once a week

the lack of free returns is annoying
