saw a gorgeous pair of shoes...

I saw a woman in town yesterday wearing the most lovely shoes - grey and black suede with a red heel; not a stiletto heel but sort of triangular down to a stiletto sized point.

I'm guessing that they're a designer pair and that everyone except me knows all about them... any ideas?

Were they like the ones in the picture at the top here? If so, they don't seem to be available anymore. I saw them in the shops early summer.
