Dinner out with friends, this sound ok??

Been a VERY long time since I've had to go out for dinner, restaurant is new so not entirely sure how swishy it is, neither have I been out for dinner with these friends, so not sure how swishy they are of an evening!

I have selected a black v neck top with ruffles around bust and on shoulders, black skirt with a slight grey marl effect, dark purple opaque tights and knee high black suede wedge boots.

Does this sound ok, not too OTT but not too daytime?

sounds lovley ! am always tempted by colourful tights, then remember i only own one skirt and i wear it with long boots, so a bit pointless really !
