I want a pair of uggs - I'm about a size 5 should I get a 5 or smaller?

I have a nasty cheap pair but they are the most godawful things to walk in and are too big. I have wide fit so shoes don't always fit in a 5 but 6s are always too big. What size should I get?

Do they stretch a bit?

I have never seen anyone yet in either proper Uggs or cheapos where they aren't sloping or walking on the suede.

they do

fimbo my uggs havent gone lopsided at all

If the sole is distorted and you are walking on the fabric then you've bought fakes.

I have the real thing and one pair I have worn to death and I ain't walking on the suede!

Agree with the above - mine are deffo genuine and I have an old pair which are really soft now, they are still totally upright when you wear them, no sloping at all and not walking on the sheepskin (they aren't suede anyway but sheepskin, so if they're suede then they're fakes)
