I tuck mine in the back and it comes out to entertain whingey toddler occasionally

yes they are very ugly, and extremely popular in Belgium - I think it may be a belgian brand.They are not cheap. I will ask dh to explain the gorilla.

I've got a Kipling backpack and I think it is quite stylish. Don't know if thats because I live half an hour's drive from Belgium or because all the previous backpacks I have owned have come from the camping shop.

The gorilla is great for keeping DCs amused.

Don't know what their handbags are like.

They're horrible. Do not see the appeal.
