Need one for the winter, to go over dresses and tops. I like this but would like to spend a bit less if possible. Thanks!

I saw a nice one in Per Una the other day but it fastens with a brooch (I think) and it would drive me mad. Can find a link if interested?

who wears brown? Totally perplexes me. But probably because my mum used to dress me head to toe in it as a child because it was "the only colour that suited me". I am ginger strawberry blonde.

Think it also depends on the brown - deep rich chocolate brown is a lovely and flattering colour, I think. I'm thinking autumnal, ladies. Just bought lovely chocolate brown biker boots.
