I've currently got a really great coat for DD - 8 months old, but she's going to grow out of it soon and I want to find a similar one.

It's got an inner and an outer coat, which zip together. The inner one is fleece the outer a raincoat. It's fantastic as it's so adaptable and she hates being too hot.

Has anyone seen anything similar available? I've been hunting but to no avail.

Or failing that, has anyone seen a little raincoat for 9-12 months? ALl the ones I've found start at 18 months.

I got a 9-12m raincoat on ebay - can't remmeber if it was Jasper Conran for Debenhams or BabbleBoom. Really nice, jersey lined, but dd barely wore it - when does a non-walker need a raincoat except for the dash to the car?

Muddy Puddles migth ebe a good place to start

Thanks Mrs Badger. We do use her raincoat quite a lot as she doesn't like to be hot but she needs a little something over her 'home' clothes. I'll have a look on ebay. Ta.

Try Next, I remember last year they had some around that size, just waterproofs though not fleece. They are hard to find, as MrsBadger says non walkers don't really use them! I had a Next one for ds at around 9 months for the hood, he kept getting annoyed at me for zipping him in my coat when he was in the sling, waterproof solved that problem! I bought big though and rolled the sleeves up and it still fits him at 20 months.

I wish she was old enough to like firemen. She'd love the yellow one. She'd probably love it anyway. Thanks.

I will have a look next time I am in town as I got a lovely warm coat for DD from there recently and it was only £15! Only came in two and up though. There weren't many in the baby section iirc but I will see if anything has come in.

My friends little girl was wearing a Zara one when I saw her yesterday, exactly like they had in last year, £22 and she got it recently but not in our local Zara she got it in Reading but they are obviously doing them again this year.
