Mini denim skirt and grey marl tights? I was thinking maybe boots but not sure which ones or maybe some ballerina pumps?!
What do you think?

How about these? I'm finding Amazon have a pretty good range of shoes even up to size 9, would you believe?

I'd wear smart black leather boots to just above the ankle, either lace-up or with a bold buckle, and low-to-medium heels. Or an outrageously colourful and decorative pair of sneakers such an Adidas limited edition or something in the Harajuku style.
I love denim minis. They give you full leg mobility (I'm a cyclist, so I need it) and they lend themselves to a wondrous range of looks.
May I suggest you avoid ballerina pumps? No one looks good in them. Certainly the professional ballet dancers I know don't wear them. When they take off their dance shoes they put on shoes they can walk in properly.
