Just turned 39 and I can see jowls developing.

Is there anything I can do?

Turning 38 tomorrow and have the same prob - someone help us!

Apparently giving blow jobs is great for a jowly workout.

won't eating less make it worse? ie at the moment my face is "filled out" by fat. When I lose weight it goes all lose and even more saggy.

Even my thin friends have jowls. I suppose I just need to live with it.

Was hoping for helpful suggestions re haircut lengths, workouts, creams or make up to disguise it.

It's just an age thing. Be proud or save up for nasty looking surgery. Just below jaw bob style hairdo..
