...do you wear a sports bra? I am large of nork, and don't want to end up with my tits in my face. I'm thinking there may be some jumping involved in the warm-up perhaps?

no jumping where I go. But I think comfort is key, so wear a sb if you feel better about it. Esp if your bobs might otherwise dangle when you bend over

no jumping in any yoga class I have been to, though I have never done any power yoga type stuff, good non wired comfy sports bra would be preferable.

when do you start mable? it is great, I love yoga.

No jumping involved but you definately want to be wearing a sports bra if you have anything more than a handful.

I'm also well endowed and it's surprising easy to find yourself being suffercated [sp!]by your own norks when in a shoulder stand etc.

Thanks for all the replies. Am starting next week - don't anticipate doing any shoulder stands just yet!

My love, you need to restrain those puppies if you do not want biting on the nose!

Shock absorbers are my preffered brand.

Defo use sports bra if you're a big-bosomed beauty. Just think of the mess when you do a headstand.
