Boys' black shorts

DS1 started in reception this term 1 week late and is meant to have plain black shorts for PE. Unfortunately the shops have hardly any school uniform left and aren't restocking. He is tiny so either needs a tiny size (2 or 3 probably) or an adjustable waist. There were some plain black shorts in H & M but bizarrely even the smallest size (2 I think) were too big. Does anyone know of anywhere that has some? We've tried the local Woolies, BHS, M&S, H&M, Matalan, Sainsburys and Tesco!

Adams still had quite a bit of uniform last week when I had to buy DD shorts -some small sizes too as shes very petite

M&S do free delivery at the moment on all online orders. My order came within about 3 days.
