Boden have withdrawn the facility to email them - crap customer service or what

I wanted to email Boden to ask them if they are doing cropped velvet trousers later this year for girls...

but they will no longer allow contact by email!!!

I think this is really rubbish customer service. That company is really deteriorating fast imo.

it isn't though...you can only request a catalogue

...and I don't want to phone them as they won't know the answer and will need to call me back...and I work so I am never at home...and even if I am I just want an email yes or no, I don't want to be arsed to answer the phone!!!

i think they are not making it very easy to email them...

last email I sent was incited by malory & I moaned about US customers getting "first dibs" on the sale so it is probably all malory's fault

actually I have bought dd a lot from joules this winter

the email facility is def. there- you have to scroll through the box to choose what sort of query/question you have, then just type in the box underneath.

Try e-mailing the US site for info [cynical emoticon]
