OMG what the HELL can I wear to this fancy dress party?

It is fancy dress, dance theme.
I would look obscene in a leotard, tutu, or similar.
Budget is small.

Go 80s baby! Baggy t-shirt, leggings, leg warmers! If your hair's long, side ponytail, if not really gel it up!

Dance without leotards.. erm flaminco (sp?), morris dancing...highland fling, the hula grass skirt etc?

I'd go as a bee. Make a big sack-like yellow and black striped body thing from cheap fabric (or get someone crafty to make for you), and wear over black tights and top, with pipe cleaner feelers and big shades. (Bees dance you see - and I love going to fancy dress things as a bee)

hair back, rose between teeth, long skirt, heels, big hoop earrings - is that flamnco?
