Knitted dresses and wool allergy + style crisis!

Please help - am longing for the knitted dress with boots look for winter but am allergic to wool, including wool blends, and merino. Can wear cashmere or cotton, of those blends. Are there any dresses out there that aren't wool? I trawled through Bluewater yesterday and came away emptyhanded

There's always acrylic 'wool' type ones but they are horrid and cheap and make you sweat like a swamp donkey

a cashmere dress would set you back a pretty penny, no doubt

If it's cashmere you are after there is this lovely dress or a wrap dress and this one. All lovely!!

dexter - that Brora one is wonderful and just what I want, but I can't justify spending that - does anyone know of any cheaper cashmere out there, I wonder..
