What do you wear to a posh spa day?

I am very lucky. DH gave me some vouchers for spa last birthday and I am finally going next Wedneday.

It is posh, posh, posh. What do I wear? I am having reflexology massage in morning. then swim, steam, lunch.

Body wrap and aromatherapy facial in afternoon.

Do they usually give you a towelling robe when you get there. I felt too silly asking when I booked. Wanted to pretend i nip in there all the time.

Check the information that you've been given. I went on one a couple of weeks ago and we were asked to wear a swimsuit and were given use of towelling robes and towels - you could change them as often as you liked too if they got wet or dirty.

They normally provide the robe and towels. Might even get slippers if you are lucky, but I'd take flip flops or mules to move around the pool, steam rooms etc. Normally you can just stay in the robe all day, and obviously don't forget your swim suit!! Lucky you - enjoy!

you will get robes and towels will be available everywhere.
I usually waer loose tracksuit type stuff arriving and leaving because if you finish with a massage it is a pisser to have to shower everything off for fear of stainning good clothing.
I always have swim steam etc then shower and finish with a massage so I can drift home in a waft of some gorgeous oil or lotion.

If you are clearly going for the day (and this means having paid a daily admission not just the cost of the treatments), then you will get a white fluffy towelling robe plus slippers.

lapin it is this one

Beautiful hotel. We had our wedding celebration and wedding night there too. particularly lovely this time of year.

DH does all there tree work so I am hoping for some more perks soon.

LM - yes, going for the day so guess robes and towels are provided.

I shall wear my yoga gear then, loose and flowy so it won't stick to the oils.
