What shoes etc would be best with this dress?

I was thinking of maybe a long necklace and plain earings or dangling earings and no necklace with a bracelet?? I have chin length hair so neck area might look a bit bare withour a necklace?

Good God. Look elsewhere, but silver is def. colour to go for, IMO.

Yes, what is it with the calamitous heel heights these days? I saw a picture of a model at NY Fashion week and her physical heels were actually vertical--that must feel absolutely awful! That said, I thought the silver metallic ones on the Steve Madden page would be nice with the dress.
