Normally have hightlights, wondering if I should go for an all over colour instead?

My highlights sometimes look a bit brassy

Thinking I might tone it down and have all over colour but something a bit warmer. Quite like Cheryl Cole's hair colour.

Any thoughts?

but what about regrowth???

I had an all over colour last year, big mistake, HUGE....not going there again.

maybe different colour highlights???
