Big Clumpy Boots please

I saw some boots today on another mum at new school. Have spent all day thinking about them. What are they?

They were long ones, kneelength? with a mahoosive heel - think BIG and square, NOT high. Nooo can't have high heels as have erksome feet.

So clumpy, big old hoofs for winter - anyone know the sort of thing and where they come from please??

i've bought these.... quite clumpy and v comfy...

I havent found any, anywhere, that compare, bt the way. They are the dogs bollocks, eye candy....sigh

Clumpy boots? I am in love with these from Fiorentini + Baker. I also like these from n.d.c. (less clumpy but quite versatile).

undercover I need boots to last (takes me 6 months to wear the blasted things in)

Ah, yes, I know the F+B's are dear. Still, they whisper in my ear at night, "Janie, come buy the red ones..." We'll see how long I can resist--my willpower seems to be fading. lol.
