we normally go to tesco and she just chooses from they have but, according to dd, and i believe her this time as she was desperate for the skull and crossbones ones, the size 7 were too tight and the 8 "far too big mummy, i would fall over".

woolworths was th same. size 10's too big and size 9 too small.

for wellies i usually just go for cheap and cheerfull as sh doesnt wear them that much.

ah asda ill get mum to try some with her when she goes with her.

i was just thinking that if one size is too small and the next one too big, in tow different shops, will that mean she will fitted wellies? do clarkes etc even do wellies? id rather not pay more than a tenner and was hoping to spend even less than that.

I had this problem with my dd. get the bigger ones and put on an extra pair of socks. For all the time they're in them, it's not worth spending a fortune.

duh! why didnt i think of that! thanks squeaver! ill take her back to tesco later armed with extra socks!!

i so wanted her to get the skull ones. they were ugly imo but she loved them and they were £1!!!
