I don't care. I bought a shopping trolley thing on wheels and I really like it

I looked far more stylish since I could still walk normally rather than shuffling along under the weight of bags

I sashayed along, so I did

OllieWollieWoo · 03/09/2008 14:39

Cappuccino · 03/09/2008 14:40

Sazisi · 03/09/2008 14:40

I'd love a shopping trolley
Maybe when DD3 stops needing a buggy...

WideWebWitch · 03/09/2008 14:41

would it be sad if I purchased one of those old woman shopping trollies? gosh, I even remembered the poster was called missuswoman, hence lightning fast search, the CRAP I keep in my head about mumsnet is unbelievable.

tiredemma · 03/09/2008 14:41

ah- that is cool. I imagined this

cappucinos high st friend

Cappuccino · 03/09/2008 14:42

I have one too and love it. In fact a rather trendy looking lady stopped me in the street and asked me where I had got it (John Lewis as it happens). Its black with chunky white wheels and chunky black handle.

Sazisi · 03/09/2008 14:46

unless I put DD3 in the shopping trolley..

jalopy · 03/09/2008 14:46

I love my one.

Cappuccino · 03/09/2008 14:46

I am teaching dd2 to pull it so I can push dd1's wheelchair when out

it will be like employing a caddy

OP posts:
HuwEdwards · 03/09/2008 14:47

I hope you push it while you have your hair in curlers and with your slippers on , twittering about young-looking policemen and kids with no manners...

bigspender30 · 03/09/2008 14:58

is it like a suitcase?

Cappuccino · 03/09/2008 15:07

kinda, I guess, flight case-y

but definitely a bag, rather than a case

OP posts:
moonmother · 03/09/2008 16:29

I got one of those ones too.

I put my Dc's school bags and lunch boxes in it to wheel to school.

Lazy imps, get half way to school then start complaining their bags are heavy.

Then when I've dropped them off I have an excuse to go shopping

As someone that doesn't drive ,it sooooo much easier to carry my weekly shopping home in, that I wouldn't be without it.

EyeballsintheSky · 03/09/2008 16:33

Did you get some of these to go with the rainhood as well?

twoluvlykids · 03/09/2008 16:37

CHECK OUT THOSE SLIPPERS!!!!

My they do look cozy and comfy...

my ancient grandma offered me her old worn out shopping trolley recently, told my dc's & they threatened to disown me..

is that really all it would take? worth it, maybe...
