Looking for a nice satin shirt

To go with a high-waisted black pencil skirt. I am red of hair and large of nork so shirts tend to strain across the bazooms if not generously cut, but it needs to be fitted so that I can tuck it in neatly. Any ideas anyone? Not sure about colours, either, was thinking purple perhaps?

i searched for one last winter, alas, i never found a nice one

i wanted a heavy-ish satin, that draped nicely

i wanted to wear it with jeans, ie not too matchy matchy with "posh" clothes

they all look a bit "behind the bar at the Rovers return to me"

bundle · 02/09/2008 14:33

m&S one better - but how heavy is fabric?

StellaDallas · 02/09/2008 14:34

Thanks Cod, M&S Perfect only comes in red and black unfortunately.
The others I can find are short sleeved. I want long or 3/4 length. What else can I wear with this skirt? Am absolutely obsessed with finding a top to go with it now. Would emerald green look too 80s with a black skirt?
No wonder I always wear black. Saves no end of trouble.

this is nice but teal

bundle · 02/09/2008 14:37

this one? stella?

StellaDallas · 02/09/2008 14:37

Teal is nice, but the back tie won't work with the skirt (it has a high waist with a thick belt).
Why can't M&S do that Perfect one in more colours?
