Are "party" dresses in the shops yet?

I need a new dress for a night out in early Nov. Which I know is ages away but I fancy a big shopping trip tomorrow. But if I wait till nearer Xmas will there be more choice?

Monsson have got some nice ones in.
Bet Coast have got some new one in too.
Will prob get more choice nearer Xmas, but for me that is not always a gd thing as it confuses me!
