Rain, rain and pacamacs

Windy Aberystwyth and rain, rain, rain. Umbrellas are no good. It's too warm for hats and DH has just suggested I buy a pacamac style thing like his . Help me find a good alternative. I've not much to spend.

aw I have fond memories of student days in Aber, very wet and windy and a massive hill up to the uni, definitely not umbrella country
