I was reading in the hairdressers about a kerastase shampoo which is for very damaged hair - anyone know what it might have been?

i know which one you mean and for the life of me i cant remember the name of it.

I bought it and it did make my hair feel very soft, but didnt help the damage. To be honest i dont rate keratase shampoo - seems to make my hair greasy and lifeless.

I much prefer wella series expert shampoo and conditioner - I use the intense repair, and having spent a bloody fortune on other brands i always end up going back to this one.

Thanks triffictits I'll give that one a go

also there are purple ones that are being heavily marketed at the mo: nutri - intense or summat!

Think there was something on here a while back about kerastase silk bath or something.

Thanks everyone. I can't for the life of me remember what it was called and none of these ring a bell. The magazine said it was really intensive and is too rich for anything but very damaged hair.

To be honest mine isn't that damaged I just figured might as well go for the super intense stuff to give it a chance at looking good for a change.

You know that Kerastase is part of Nestle don't you?

fishnet · 28/08/2008 22:04

Oh gosh no didn't know that at all.

Having said that I ate a milky bar at lunchtime so can't exactly credit myself with good MN nestle banning behaviour anyway
