How do I get rid of my general anaesthetic bloat?

Help! I look as though im 4 mths pregnant! I had my boobs done on thursday (enlarged) and there looking fab (wierd naked but we wont get into that) but my tummy is huge! My mam thinks its the GA as its normally fairly flat. So question is how do i make it deflate a bit?

Err congratulations

Um... constipation can be an issue after surgery and anaesthetics. Maybe drink lots of fluids and appropriate foods to get your system working again?
