Pink dress red nails?

I have a rockabilly 50's dress, it is white pink and black, white background and pink and black hearts with black straps.
I just painted my nails because i forgot I was going out and wearing the dress, they are cherry red, so can i wear pink dress with reds nails and lips or would that be a big no no?
